WALNUTS BROWNIES


INGREDIENTS


300gm-cooking chocolate
128gm-granulated sugar
150gm-unsalted butter
135gm-grade A eggs
120gm-superfine flour,sifted
8gm-baking powder
2gm-salt
75gm-walnuts
11gm-instant coffee powder
225gm-cooking chocolate
113gm-UHT milk




METHOD

1.Toast the walnuts in the oven at 200 C for 5 minutes or fry in a frying pan without oil.Chop the walnuts into small dice.
2.Cut the cooking chocolate into small pieces and put in a pot on top of a double boiler.The hot water under the pot melts the chocolate,add in the butter and stir well,copy.
3.Remove from the heat.Add in sugar and mix well.Add the eggs one at a time and blend well.
4.Combine the superfine flour,baking powder and salt.Fold gently with a rubber spatula.
5.Pour in the walnuts and instant coffe that has been dissolved with 2 tablespoons of hot water.
6.Transfer the batter into a greased baking pan.Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until well cooked.
7.Heat up ingredient(4)in a pot on top of the double boiler and stir well until melted.
8.Removed the brownie from the oven.Spread the chocolate mixture on the lukewarm brownie.Serve immedietly and can be kept in the refrigerator to last for 7 days or 2 days at room temperature.

Hello my fans!i just hope you will enjoy when listening my song.The reason being my titled for this album because everything we do needs the reason.There are 10 song included.A few of this song also express my nature feeling such as listen to your heart,never say goodbye,the reason, my heart will go on and here you been.The others song i have included in my album is mymother,let it go,bring me to life,lonely and my happy ending.
Based on 5 song i admit that express my feeling,there are some reason i want to shared with you all.For the song listen to your heart,i just think that everything you do,you must listening your heart because you will not regret for whatever you did.Secondly,never say goodbye.That's song remind me to my grandmother's dead.Where that time she not mentioned something or say goodbye.Thirdly,the reason.I likes this title because we have own reason on doing something.Fourth,my heart will go on where this song give me some support to go on with what i'm doing right now.And the last one is here you been.This song i dedicated to my family because whatever i do they always give their support and always be with me.That's all about my feeling throughout the 5 song.The hit song i prefered is 'The reason' because whatever we do we must have a reason.Because of that we will know what we are aimed and trying to achieve in our life.That's all from me and i hope you all will enjoy with my songs and get the real album.Thank a lots!bye and see you again;>
